1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of corewix.com and to services provided by CoreWix ([legal entity name]). Project work is also governed by a signed proposal or statement of work, which takes priority if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Our services
We design, develop, integrate, automate and support software on Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and custom stacks, including AI-powered features. Scope, deliverables and timelines are set out in each proposal.
3. Fees & payment
Fixed-price projects are invoiced as agreed in the proposal (for example 50% at start and 50% at launch). Dedicated developers and care plans are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within [14] days.
4. Your responsibilities
You will provide timely access, content and decisions, and you are responsible for the legality of the content and data you provide, and for your accounts with third-party platforms.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the custom code and deliverables we create for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools and libraries and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables.
6. AI features
AI outputs can be inaccurate. We design AI features with human review where outcomes matter, and you remain responsible for decisions made using them. Third-party AI usage costs are billed by the provider unless agreed otherwise.
7. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information private. We are happy to sign a separate NDA.
8. Warranty & support
We fix defects reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Ongoing support is available under a care plan.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project in the [12] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction [to confirm], without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
